Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you would like to receive a refund, please return the item, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  • Earrings are exempt from return, for reasons of Hygiene.
  • An exchange or gift voucher is also available, if you prefer.  
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure the item/s are safely packaged and are secure for return.
  • It is recommended that you use a 'signed for' delivery service when returning your item/s as we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • The postage you pay to return the item is non-refundable.
  • All items must be returned, unworn.
  • The item/s must be received upon your return, in a fully resalable condition.
  • The returned item/s will be inspected prior to the processing a refund/exchange or gift voucher.
  • If the item/s are found to have been worn/used or in a condition other than fully resalable, we will refuse the right to refund or exchange the item/s.
  • Refunds will be made via the payment method online.
  • Personalised or bespoke items are exempt from refund or exchange.
  • In the case of exchange, a redelivery charge of £6 will apply.
